What is the chance of a server crash and loosing everything?
Why is the upload so slow?

Key MasterUsers' files are stored across multiple servers and each of them is backed up. In case of losing one of them, part of your files can be just temporarily unavailable.
Upload through our website is not limited, upload through desktop application can be little slower due to SFTP protocol transfer limits.
