This service that we offer as a courtesy to our members allows users to easily transfer large amounts of data (up to 1.5TB*!) to an external hard drive and mail it in for a quick backup, without having to wait for uploads that can consume bandwidth and take a lot of time.

We'll send you the drive in the mail**. Load it up with your data and then simply send it back. Return the drive in the same box using the enclosed shipping label.

OpenDrive is committed to providing the fastest upload and download speeds in the industry, but we understand the limitations that some local Internet providers place on our users. This method provides the fastest way to upload up to 1.5TB to your OpenDrive account!

Upon request, we can provide you with a TrueCrypt encrypted drive, so your files are safe and protected even during shipping.

**Drives are sent for free to yearly plan subscribers in the US and Canada, who pay by credit card. If you have a Basic account, Monthly subscription, or PayPal subscription, you will be required to pay a $100 deposit that will be refunded once we receive the drive back. If you are outside of the US or Canada, please contact us through the Support Center for details on sending your drive to us.
